Ladurée, Em Sherif Deli and Blu Pizzeria now trade at Al Mutarid

Three well-known food and beverage brands have opened at Al Mutarid Lifestyle Centre in Al Ain since the centre itself opened.

Ladurée opened a ground-floor flagship, which the brand has described as one of its most prestigious locations in the region. Blu Pizzeria followed, its first restaurant in Al Ain. Em Sherif Deli is the brand's third UAE branch and the first outside Dubai.

Each of the three designs was reviewed by Vindico Retail against the property's design manual before the brand moved to site. That review is the step between a signed lease and a contractor on site.

Three international brands in one season is a good test of a design manual. Each arrives with its own standards, and the review is where those standards and the property's meet.
