Scope Properties extends Vindico Retail to tenant design review at Al Mutarid

A manual only does its job if tenant designs are tested against it. Without that step, the rules are a reference document and every tenant interprets them for itself.

Once the tenant design and technical manual was delivered, Scope Properties extended Vindico Retail's appointment at Al Mutarid Lifestyle Centre. Vindico now reviews each tenant's fit-out design against the manual before the tenant moves to site.

Once the manual exists, the useful question is whether each design meets it. When the people who wrote the document are the ones reviewing against it, a brand gets one answer, early, from people who know what the document meant.
