Vindico can be engaged across the route from deal to open. What that looks like depends on where the opening is exposed, and how far along the route it already is.
Entry
By the time an opening needs support, decisions have usually been made. Requirements may be set. A programme may be running. A date may already be public.
Vindico can be engaged at any point along that route, and by any party working inside it — a property, a brand, or a delivery partner.
The entry point changes what is needed first. It does not change how the work is organised.
Structure
Engagements can run in sequence across a programme, or singly against one part of it.
An engagement can start with one defined need, and that scope can stay narrow. Connected work is added only where it is needed and agreed.
Work that makes the route workable before it becomes expensive to run.
Work that holds movement through the route once it is live.
Work that holds the outcome through readiness, opening, and the early trading period.
Which one is needed depends on where the opening is exposed — not on which discipline the work belongs to.
Examples
Examples, not a checklist. An engagement takes some of these and not others, depending on where the opening is exposed.

Relevance
For property teams
Scope is written against a portfolio position — units moving, units blocked, and the trading date each one is being held to.
For brand teams
Scope is written against a rollout — landlord environments, approval routes, and the store that has to open on a date already announced.
What changes
Engagements differ. What the work is aimed at does not.
Movement becomes easier to read across the route.
Blockage and responsibility are clearer.
The work becomes less dependent on chasing and interpretation.
The route through requirements, review and readiness becomes easier to manage.
Exposure is easier to see before it becomes expensive.
Operating environment
VRDnet is the operating platform behind Vindico’s work, configured to the scope of each engagement. Using VRDnet on an engagement does not mean deploying all of it. VRDnet’s Design, Onsite and Dashboard modules support the design, fit-out and management workflows within the appointed scope.
