The Hills Mall widens Vindico Retail's role to façade and signage

East Coast first appointed Vindico Retail to prepare the design guidelines and fit-out manual for The Hills Mall in Fujairah. It has now extended the appointment to the façade and the wayfinding signage.

Both are the parts of a mall that visitors read before they enter a single store, and that tenants most often get wrong without a rule.

The façade and the signage are the owner's brand on the building. Fixing them in guidelines is how the landlord stays in control of what the public sees.

The new guidelines sit on top of the first set, so a tenant designing a shopfront finds the façade and signage rules in the same system as everything else.
