Rock Cuisine: BurJuman design and Dubai Marina opening

Rock Cuisine engaged Vindico Retail for two restaurants in Dubai. At BurJuman Centre, Vindico designed the restaurant. At Dubai Marina, it managed the delivery of the fit-out through to opening.

The two projects ran in sequence over a few months, which let one team carry what it learned from the first into the second.

Operators opening a second site tend to find that what worked for the first does not transfer. Having the same team across both is how the lessons come with them.
