Yas Bay Waterfront opens: luxury leisure and entertainment by Miral
Yas Bay Waterfront opened on Abu Dhabi's Yas Island, four years after Vindico Retail was appointed to the Yas South development.
Yas Bay Waterfront has opened on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, the waterfront centrepiece of Miral's Yas South development.
The food and beverage line-up includes the beach club Café Del Mar, Asia Asia, Akiba Dori, Paradiso, The Trilogy by Buddha-Bar — Siddharta and Zeera — and Bushra, alongside concepts new to Abu Dhabi including Daikan Izakaya, La Carnita, Lock Stock & Barrel, Hunter & Barrel and Lighthouse. The wider destination holds Pier 71, a three-kilometre boardwalk, the Etihad Arena and a five-star Hilton hotel.
Vindico Retail handled fit-out management and tenant coordination for the dining units, working with each operator so the finished store carried the brand through into its design and detail. The appointment follows Miral's appointment of Vindico to Yas South in 2018.
Vindico's role covered fit-out management and tenant coordination on the food and beverage units. The development of Yas Bay Waterfront sat with Miral, and each unit was built by its operator and their contractors.
