Richard Kim was appointed Managing Director of Vindico Retail, joining founders Marc McQuain and Peter Row in a new executive team.

Vindico has announced management and branding changes, effective 1 October.
Richard Kim has been appointed Managing Director, leading a management team overseeing retail delivery outcomes for clients and their retailer tenants. The structure supports growth in the shopping centre portfolio sector, building on the firm's pedigree in new development projects. Kim joins founders Marc McQuain and Peter Row in an executive team taking a broader view of Vindico's synergies with sister brands Volstrukt and Pop Modular Retail, across the Middle East and UK and into North America and Asia Pacific.
Peter Row notes that Kim was part of the start-up team in 2002 and returns with experience leading similar growth businesses in the United States.
We have always used the term 'retail momentum' to explain why getting shops open and earning is important. This has now become part of our brand, and the thread that links Volstrukt as a manufacturer of products, used by Pop Modular Retail to right-size and animate inline space managed by Vindico before and between new shop openings.

The three brands launched their combined offer at this month's BCSC Showcase in the UK. From its factory in Austin, Texas, Volstrukt uses lightweight steel manufacturing in a range of products that create agile retail space — reconfigurable demise walls, shopfront enclosures, mezzanines, hoardings and the POCKETshop. Pop Modular Retail specialises in POCKETshop programmes, having introduced over 50 new brand formats to more than 120 temporary shopfront locations in the UAE and UK.
