Jio World Drive has opened in the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, with more than seventy fit-outs completed.

The 17-acre property holds a shopping centre, office space and a multiplex, alongside serviced apartments, a hotel, a members' club and open-air green space. The retail line-up includes Michael Kors, Bally, Tumi, Starbucks, Onitsuka Tiger, West Elm, Emporio Armani, Montblanc, Coach, Nike, Hugo Boss and Paul Smith, several with external shopfronts built into the base structure.

Vindico Retail worked with the developers and designers through tenant coordination and fit-out management across the seventy-plus units, taking each brand's design through to a completed store.

As a boutique brand that integrates services to help properties launch successfully, we are happy to have joined hands with multiple brands and the developer to offer a smooth flow of operations and fit-outs for the Jio World Drive which will be one of India's most luxurious shopping complexes…
Paul Mathews, Chief Operating Officer, Vindico

Maryam Patel, Head of Retail Delivery for India, says the work with the Jio World Drive team and the design team was engaging and successful.

Vindico's role covered tenant coordination and fit-out management. The development of the property and the construction of each store sat with the developer and the brands' contractors.
