Unity One Elegante opens in Delhi

Unity One Elegante has held its grand opening at Netaji Subhash Place in North West Delhi. The mall has about 489,530 square feet of leasable space and opened nearly fully let, with tenants including PVR-Luxe, Lifestyle, H&M and Apple. It was built by Parsvnath Developers through Unity Parsvnaths LLP, a joint venture with Unity Group, and has a direct connection to the Netaji Subhash Place Metro station.

A mall that opens nearly fully let has had its tenant programme settled well before opening day. Designs approved, drawings coordinated and fit-outs sequenced are what let that many tenants open together.
