Vindico Retail to produce lease outline drawings for DLF Midtown Plaza

DLF Midtown Plaza in Moti Nagar, West Delhi, is DLF Retail's first neighbourhood lifestyle plaza.

DLF has appointed Vindico Retail to produce the lease outline drawings for the plaza and to manage and coordinate tenant fit-outs before opening.

A neighbourhood plaza lives or dies on its tenant line-up opening together. Drawing the units accurately at lease stage is the first step towards that.

A plaza of this kind has many small tenants. Accurate unit drawings at lease stage and coordinated fit-outs afterwards decide whether they open together. The drawings are designed to be the link from the lease deal to design review and delivery, so what was agreed for a unit is what the tenant is reviewed and fitted out against.

With many tenants on a short programme, the drawings and the coordination decide the opening date. That is where we put the effort.
