Vindico Retail's design team is on the road to Wembley

Quintain Estates Plc has selected Vindico Retail to provide retail design strategy and tenant design review services to the London Designer Outlet.

The centre anchors Quintain's mixed-use regeneration project beside the National Stadium at Wembley. It is the first outlet scheme built within greater London, with a 200,000 square foot fashion offer supported by a six-screen cinema and twelve food and beverage outlets. It is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Peter Row, Founding Director, says the appointment reflects the investment made in the retail design team over the previous twelve months, and that while most of the firm's Middle East work now integrates tenant coordination and design review, the UK is a different market in which this appointment supports a particular view of the role design plays in the wider retail delivery process.

Our success in supporting Quintain and its Tenants through the design process will lay down a marker for Vindico's design offer in the UK.
