Tenant submissions at The Grand, Nad Al Sheba, are now running on VRDnet, with Cushman & Wakefield Core managing the centre's delivery.
VRDnet is now live for tenant submissions at The Grand, the community centre at Nad Al Sheba Gardens in Dubai.
Cushman & Wakefield Core, which engaged Vindico Retail for the centre, now has its tenants submitting designs and tracking their fit-outs on the platform.
The centre's tenants are small and numerous. VRDnet gives the people managing them one record of who has submitted what and where each fit-out stands.
Peter Row, Founding Director
A platform introduced during delivery has to work immediately, because tenants are already in the programme.
Going live on a centre that is already moving means tenants start using it on real submissions from day one. That is the fastest way to find out whether it fits.
Ramesh Anbalagan, VRDnet Product Manager
Vindico's role is the provision of VRDnet and the tenant design review and delivery at The Grand. Development and operation of the centre sit with its owner.
