Vindico Retail's Maiden Mall in Muscat

The Avenues has opened in Muscat. It is Vindico Retail's first shopping centre project in Oman.

The centre is anchored by a LuLu Hypermarket and developed by LuLu Group International. Vindico's Dubai design team worked with the client's project team in Oman through the retail delivery process.

Vindico's role covered retail delivery on the tenant units. The development of the centre and the fit-out of each shop sat with LuLu Group International and the brands.
