Vindico Retail has locked in Place Vendôme, Qatar

Vindico Retail's retail design and delivery team is working on the retail fit-out programme at Place Vendôme in Lusail, Qatar.

The complex has a total built-up area of around 1,150,000 square metres and brings together a mall of some 580 stores, two hotels, branded residences, restaurants and cafés. The mall opened in April 2022. It is among the largest luxury shopping destinations in the country.

Vindico's team is working with the developer and incoming brands through the design and fit-out process, taking stores from approved design to a trading shop.

Vindico's role covers retail design and delivery on the tenant units. The development, leasing and operation of the property sit with United Developers.
