Modon framework: delivery update

Under its retail delivery framework, Modon now has more units in delivery with Vindico Retail, its first tenants approved to trade, and VRDnet in place.

Modon appointed Vindico Retail under a framework agreement to deliver retail design review and tenant coordination across its Abu Dhabi portfolio. The framework is now in delivery, and the early results show how it works.

The number of units in delivery has grown from 15 to 19, the first tenants have been approved to trade, and Modon has been onboarded to VRDnet.

A framework is proved by volume. More units, more approvals and the client moving onto the platform are all signs it is being used as intended.
Peter Row, Founding Director

Putting the framework's tenants on VRDnet gives Modon one view of its units across the portfolio, whichever property they sit in.

The approvals are the milestone that matters. A tenant approved to trade has passed design review, coordination and handover.
Paul Mathews, Chief Operating Officer

Vindico's role is retail delivery and tenant coordination under the framework, with VRDnet. Development and leasing across the portfolio sit with Modon.
