Bageri Form engages Vindico Retail

Bageri Form is a Dubai bakery and café brand. A bakery has fixed requirements that a general retail unit does not: ovens, extraction, refrigeration and food-safety approvals all have to be right before it can trade.

Bageri Form has appointed Vindico Retail to project-manage the delivery of its store, from the first coordination through to handover.

A food brand has little room to absorb a late surprise. The project manager's job is to find them in the programme, not on site.

With a bakery the services come first. We sequence the approvals and the trades around the kitchen, and the rest of the fit-out follows.
