Ayala Malls adopts VRDnet

Ayala Malls in the Philippines has adopted VRDnet, Vindico Retail's delivery platform, beginning with pilots at Glorietta, Greenbelt and Ayala Center Cebu.

Typographic card reading "Ayala picks VRDnet. Three malls prove it first."

Ayala Malls has adopted VRDnet to manage tenant delivery across its centres. The platform holds each tenant's submissions, approvals and progress in one place for the landlord's team.

Implementation began with a mobilisation and pilots at three centres: Glorietta, Greenbelt and Ayala Center Cebu.

VRDnet is our answer to a problem we see in every portfolio: the landlord cannot see what its tenants are doing. Ayala adopting it makes the platform part of how a major landlord runs delivery.
Peter Row, Founding Director

A pilot on three centres of different scale shows whether the platform works in each, before it is extended to the rest of the portfolio.

The pilots told us what each centre needed. Piloting in three before extending to the rest means the rollout starts from tested ground.
Ramesh Anbalagan, VRDnet Product Manager

Vindico Retail's role is the implementation of VRDnet for Ayala Malls. The malls and their tenants remain Ayala's.
