ROSHN extends Vindico Retail to tenant coordination at Sedra 1A

ROSHN first appointed Vindico Retail to prepare the design guide and technical criteria for the Sedra 1A District Centre. It has now extended the role to tenant coordination.

Vindico has a project lead on site at the centre to coordinate tenants through design approval and fit-out.

An owner who has seen the guide used well will often want the same team to apply it. That is the move from writing the rules to making sure they are met.

Tenant coordination connects the guide to the site. Each tenant's design, approvals and works are managed against the standard the guide set.

Having a lead on site changes the pace. Questions are answered the same day, and tenants are not waiting on a document to come back from another city.
