ROSHN brings in Vindico Retail for Sedra 1A design guide

ROSHN is the developer of Sedra, a master-planned community in Riyadh, and the Sedra 1A District Centre is the retail heart of one of its early districts.

ROSHN has appointed Vindico Retail to prepare the design guide and technical criteria for the centre.

A new community has no retail history to follow, so its first district centre sets the pattern. The design guide is where that pattern is written.
Peter Row, Founding Director

A district centre serves the residents around it. The guide sets what its shops, restaurants and services look like and how they are built. Designed to be kept live, it connects the tenant deals to design review and delivery, so every tenant opens against the same standard.

For a community of this scale the guide has to work for every kind of tenant, from a grocer to a clinic. That is what we write for.
Paul Mathews, Chief Operating Officer

Vindico's role is the design guide and technical criteria. Development and operation of Sedra 1A sit with ROSHN.
