Al Othaim appoints Vindico Retail for three centres
Al Othaim Investment has appointed Vindico Retail to prepare design guidelines and technical fit-out standards for Othaim Circle in Khobar and Othaim Park in Dammam and Jubail.
Othaim Circle is a waterfront centre on Prince Turki Street in Al Khobar, with about 52,000 square metres, more than 80 stores, 86 restaurants and cafés, cinemas and a family entertainment centre.
