Al Othaim extends Vindico Retail across its portfolio

Al Othaim Investment first appointed Vindico Retail to prepare design guidelines and technical fit-out standards for Othaim Circle in Khobar and Othaim Park in Dammam and Jubail, and later added a fit-out manual for Othaim Park.

It has now asked Vindico to prepare an office tenant manual for Othaim Circle, and to take on two more centres, at Hail and Buraidah.

The office manual covers a type of occupier that a retail guide does not, and a centre with offices as well as shops needs both.
